Why do my softgels sometimes look cloudy?Updated 3 years ago

This cloudiness or sediment is caused by the crystallisation of fatty acids within the softgel. It is a natural process and occurs randomly in the formulated product with cooler storage conditions (change of weather/refrigerator storage). These temperature conditions will also make the softgel feel firmer. These changes are normal and do not affect the integrity, safety or performance of the product.
